Bill’s involvement with the telecommunication industry began nearly twenty years ago when his law firm at the time served as outside counsel to NYNEX in the New York Metropolitan area. Since coming to North Carolina in 1995, Bill has handled large deployment projects for several different carriers and tower companies. He has extensive experience in lease negotiations, zoning hearings and management. Bill is licensed as an attorney and real estate broker.

 

David has over sixteen years of wireless real estate experience in the Carolinas. He has well-established relationships with many carriers, tower companies, zoning and planning officials and consultants within the marketplace. He has managed a variety projects related to almost every aspect of the wireless business for clients that include from carriers and tower companies to utility companies such as Duke Energy and others.

 

John has been with Chase for over a dozen years. He has been extensively involved at a variety of levels from site development through project management. Over the years he has developed an expertise in rights-of-way as well as utility easement expansions on behalf of Duke Energy. John has great attention to detail and superior organizational skills and was recently selected as secretary of the local chapter of the International Right of Way Association. He is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor.

 

Laurie has more than ten years of experience in the wireless industry. She has an overall first-hand knowledge of the entire site development process. Since joining Chase, Laurie has focused less on field work and more on program management services for client deployments as well as collocation processes. She developed a streamlined system to coordinate the services involved in wireless due diligence.

 

Shani has over fourteen years experience in the wireless industry.  She has an extensive background as a project coordinator, collocation specialist, construction assistant and in office management. Shani has worked with Verizon Wireless, Sprint PCS and Crown Castle International. She specializes in data management and is proficient with Access and Excel.

 

Shannon has ten years of experience in the wireless industry. Positions include project manager, collocation manager, asset specialist and asset manager with extensive experience in managing large projects, personnel, and multiple vendors. Shannon implemented the national collocation process at SpectraSite and the Carolinas Area collocation process at Crown Castle. She has established customer relationships with the wireless providers and tower owners in the Carolinas.
